Less than $400 per day for Grand Hyatt, Roppongi, Tokyo. My daughter lives in this neighborhood and it is truly top of the line.

Everything government touches becomes an astronomically expensive fustercluck.

BOOJIT !

Even if the impossible cost of electricity was $1000.00 a day .... divided by 2000 kids, that's only fiddy cen' a pop !

bulk food, bread, milk, grains and cereals, eggs and baloney .... maybe a buck a pop.

Wages for the guards, Dr.s, nurses, and support personnel, again divided by 2000 (remember, this is per day), maybe fi' bucks.

Meds would probably be close to donated (looking for government contracts, etc.) ... but still .... maybe ten bucks.

I'll round it up to twenny bucks to pay for the phone and internet etc. .... NO WHERE NEAR $775.00 A NIGHT.

Maybe President Trump hasn't fired that $100.00 hammer guy ......................................... yet.

I would imagine they are taking into account the wages paid for employees, for security, payroll and other taxes involved in addition to everything you mentioned.

AirBnB would be cheaper and the hosts can’t turn away clients.

Kelli Ward would stop it completely.

Yeh right, just like the $800.00 hammers and $20,000 toilet seats on military aircraft. Money is being siphoned of somewhere. RICO?

Unbleepin’ ridiculous. Two nights and this US citizen taxpaying family would be sleeping in an alley.

Tell Mexico that the USwill withhold $1000 a day per refugee that they allowed to get buy them. Also make it a law that the only way to get in this country is 1) Have to be fluent in English. 2) have to have a skill other than making beds, picking crops or cutting grass. 3) No welfare for any reason.

Gosh - I was thinking $135 - $155 was a bit much for me and the wife to spend a night in a hotel during our vacation.....they must be putting them up in some really nice suites.

Look at my #13 ... the statement posed is ... per day (or night)

Do you think 23K per mo is or should be correct ?

PER kid ?

Times 2000 kids = almost 50 MILLION A MONTH ?

Times 12 (per year @ 2000 kids), =

My calculator froze @ 558 MILLION.
