The Trump administration's policy of separating illegal immigrant families at the U.S.-Mexico border doesn't sit well with some people, including former First Lady Laura Bush. In a new op-ed for The Washington Post, Mrs. Bush explained why the White House's zero tolerance policy is "cruel," "immoral," and "breaks her heart."
Mrs. Bush compared today's policy of separating families to our treatment of Japanese Americans during World War Two.

Well, I did hear some demolib saying it was pretty close to this.
Someone ought to remind Mrs. Bush of the fact that when people commit illegal acts and are taken into custody, their children generally don’t accompany them. That’s true whether the offense is carjacking or illegal entry into the US. Kids don’t accompany their criminal parents to jail, nor should they be expected to accompany their parents to detention centers for illegal immigrants.
The Bush’s don’t like Trump because he made Jeb look like the doofus he is.
I have come to hate the Bush’s. They have joined the crowd that wants the country to fail so that they can say “see, I told you”. Perhaps it was always that way. Regardless, I hold that entire family in contempt and will never .. NEVER! .. vote for anyone with ties to them.
Hey, Babs, which is more “heartbreaking” and “immoral”? Illegal kids in a nice clean holding facility or a dead kid after one of the abortions you support?
Maybe all the libs would like to see the children locked up in an adult facility.
That will be safe for them.

The Bush family are largely responsible for the 30 million illegal aliens already here.

Mrs. Bush was an elementary school teacher and like some elementary school teachers, she never developed her faculties beyond what was required to teach very young children.
She is way out of her league.
