Mueller’s Attempt to Hide Evidence Just Got Torn Apart by Attorneys for Alleged Russian Troll Farm
Law and Crime ^ | June 14, 2018 | Colin Kalmbacher

One of the Russian companies indicted by Robert Mueller in the troll farm case has responded to the special counsel’s recently-filed motion prevent discovery of evidence with a blistering (and somewhat trolling) court filing.

On Thursday, attorneys for Concord Management and Consulting LLC timely submitted their 13-page memorandum in opposition to Mueller’s requested order.

But, but, but, but . . . Mueller’s special. Even says so in his title.

Fake law, infinitely more dangerous than fake news, is emotion-based and emotional reaction based “common sense”, instead fact and truth based actual common sense.

This Concord Management case is so funny. Mueller looks completely inept and gets embarrassed at every turn. And its going to drag on for a while. He won’t be able to stop it.

Any case involving the FBI should be thrown out. We now know how they entrap people and have gone nuclear against Trump.

I’m considering a suggestion about using the term “fake law”, that is what much of DC is.

I love it! They’ve apparently hired an old-school literate attorney. Not a lame-brained little twit who texts “You promised me, you PROMISED, that he wouldn’t be president.” (This person, IIRC, was identified as an FBI lawyer.)

We can get the same value for our money by watching a circus sideshow!

That's exactly what this is, and Mueller is the buffoon ringmaster. And like Comey, he has no self awareness that he is a comic.

There is an unwritten rule of all good writing and particularly legal writing: never use words, such as dithyramb, that will undoubtedly compel your target audience (the judge) to drop what he/she is reading in order to get a dictionary. In other words, don’t use obscure words when well known vocabulary will do. My English composition professor used the following sentence to illustrate: “He churlishly defenestrated the curmudgeon”. Instead, you could say, “irritated, he threw the old geezer out the window”.

This case is Muller’s breach in his battle line. The Manafort case is thinning. Cohen’s not cooperating and a likely acquittal. The flanks are collapsing. Muller might have to settle for a no contest charge of not putting a milk jug in the recycling bin.

McGruff, The only ones found to have colluded with your Russian pals were the treasonous democrats, on several key fronts, including the Uranium One deal, which gave your boy Putin control of 20% or more of US uranium production.

Then there is missile defense, the new START nuke treaty, and the Iran deal that your hero Putin loved so much.

William Faulkner would disagree with you. LOL.

I think the defense team in this case is deliberately using these obscure words to demonstrate their English language proficiency and poke fun at the prosecution to undermine the credibility of the entire legal process ... because this defendant is a Russian company, after all!

I’m convinced the Mueller investigation can be safely ended only by Muellet - in response to public disapproval - when senators and congressmen are convinced that the ongoing witch hunt is a failure, and hurts their future reelection prospects.

Until then, Trump is better off waiting it out.

If Trump orders an end to the investigation, or fires AG, DAG or forces acting AGs to resign in order to end the Mueller investigation, it is too easy to spin that as obstruction, an indication of guilt or fear, AKA Nixon’s Saturday Night Massacre.

For that reason, I doubt Trump will do anything directly to stop it - but it may soon become a political liability for the impeach Trump chorus in the legislature.

Hillary Clinton & Robert Mueller Linked in Russian Uranium Exchange

American Liberty PAC ^ | Jun 20, 2017 | Kirk

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton facilitated a uranium exchange with Russian law enforcement by former FBI Director (and current chief Deep State inquisitor) Robert Mueller.

The exchange was exposed via a recent Wikileaks publication of a secret cable between Hillary’s State Department and the Russian embassy.

Hillary sent Mueller to Moscow with orders to turn over a 10 gram sample of highly enriched uranium (HEU) which was obtained during a shadowy 2006 nuclear “sting” operation conducted in the Georgian Republic.

The ostensible reason for the transfer was to engender further trust between Russian and American law enforcement in the area of nuclear materials and to learn more about how to trace nuclear materials.

But when it comes to Hillary and Russian uranium interests, the shady Uranium One deal cannot pass unnoted.

There still has been no real investigation into how Hillary gave permission for a Russian company to acquire a quarter of the North American uranium reserves after Russian interests poured hundreds of millions into the Clinton Foundation and gave Bill Clinton six figure speaking fees.

At the very least, this exchange raises serious questions about the ability of Robert Mueller to do his job as special prosecutor on the Russian collusion charges since he already has connections to major figures in Russian law enforcement.

Special Counsel Mueller Literally Handed Uranium to the Russians!

IWB ^ | Mark Angelides

We all know that the Russian Collusion investigation is nothing but a game to try and distract the population from actually caring about the day to day running of the country, but the charade has gone too far and some serious questions need to be asked; most especially of Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

WikiLeaks has put out a document that details then FBI Director Mueller’s itinerary on his visit to Russia to deliver 10 grams of Enriched Uranium.

One more time for those who missed it…Mueller hand delivered Highly Enriched Uranium to the Russian government!

Hmm...are we perhaps over-burdening the prosecutor by insisting on such insignificant legal details such as a crime committed and actual evidence that the accused committed it? I mean, they’re the government, after all. You can trust them.
