Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein threatened to subpoena emails, phone records and other documents of Republican lawmakers on the House Intel Committee back in January, confirming previous reports.

On Tuesday night Jeff Sessions told Tucker Carlson that he did not believe Rosenstein threatened Congress.

Sessions was appointed by Trump. Once confirmed he recused himself and basically made Rosenstein AG. That is not how things are supposed to work.
What will it take to get rid of those 2 bozos, AG and dep. AG??

Trump cannot fire Sessions, because most republican senators love back-bencher Sessions and have told Trump that he will be impeached if either Mueller or Rosenstein or Sessions are fired.
There was an article posted the other day, it might have been from American Thinker, about Sessions. The author has known him since his Alabama days. To sum it up, the author says Sessions is a ‘splendid man’ but he’s not a fighter.
Sessions will do just about anything to avoid a fight, always has. A lot of what the author said rang true.

How can Sessions say with confidence, that based on Rosenstein’s 28 years with the DOJ, he did not threaten anyone? McCabe had 22 years with the FBI, and was a weasel par excellence.

Sessions is a piece of crap. If he really thinks Justice is doing an acceptable job of cooperating with Congress, then he is a piece of garbage and a huge part of the problem.
Congress should add contempt charges for Sessions as well as Rosenstein. What a sorry jackwipe Sessionns is. What a worthless pile of waste he is. Idiot.
