You’d think living in New York would cause mass suicides.

Who knows what a person’s trials are even when they seem successful.
Sanctity precedes Sanity.
Never forget that.

In Dec 2005, Kate’s BIL, actor David Spade, donated $100K to the Phoenix police dept, which financed firearms for the officers

Shocked to hear this. Very sad, and a 13 year old child left behind. Heartbreaking.

God grant mercy to her tortured soul. What a terrible shame that she felt so helpless that this was her only way out.

Suicide, especially with a husband and 13 year-old daughter left behind, is the most selfish and narcissistic act there is.

“Suicide is the ultimate act of selfishness.”
My son-in laws’ family suffered from two suicides. His brother and aunt. Words cannot describe the damage left behind. He suffers from depression, we are all encouraging him to seek treatment.

She sold out her company name years ago. If she had held on she would have been richer because
Couch purchased
Kate Spade two years a go for 2 billion dollars.
That said, I hope that's not the reason because she was still worth around 50 million dollars. And her daughter is only 13 years old.

Suicide is truly a dreadful death, because it is preventable. I had a cousin who committed suicide, so I have a particular dread for this type of death. Unlike death by natural causes or an accident, suicide leaves friends and family member asking countless questions, and many are left with a sense of guilt because they think they were the cause.
