Former Justice Department (DOJ) official Hans Von Spakovsky says it’s illegal and unconstitutional for the DOJ and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to refuse to provide President Donald Trump and Congress with details of their Trump-Russia investigation’s use of a spy in Trump’s presidential campaign.
As the nation’s top law enforcement officer, Trump – and anyone working for him - have the indisputable right to anything they want to know about the Russia-Collusion investigation, Spakovsky explained in a Fox News interview Friday morning:
“The president is the chief law enforcement officer of the United States. He has the full constitutional authority to be completely briefed on all aspects of this investigation, and that would include anyone working for him.”
Trump has the legal right to declassify and release the information, and Congress has every right to see it, so the FBI-DOJ effort to withhold the information is not only illegal – but, also suspicious – Spakovsky said:
“He (Trump) has the ability to declassify any information. And, here’s the thing everyone should remember: Congress has one hundred percent right to see all of this information because of its constitutional oversight authority.
“And, that’s why, DOJ and FBI’s constant delays and attempts to not give them information is just legally and constitutionally wrong.”
“And, it makes you wonder: what are they trying to hide?”
THAT is the BIG question. Innocent people don’t go to great lengths to hide facts.

1. I think I may have discovered what the DOJ & FBI are desperately trying to hide.
It was POTUS Obama himself who authorized the use of surveillance on Team Trump.

Yep, I don’t doubt that at all.
When faced with lengthy prison terms for murder, conspiracy and insurrection, you take the lesser charge of obstruction.
I was just about to post the link to that thread. IF it’s true, God help us.
It makes sense, but still needs to be proven.
If the FBI had been doing the right thing, it should have been extolling the bureau’s investigative prowess to the congress and even highlighting the success of its efforts to protect our democracy. Instead, they slinked into the shadows and tried to conceal virtually everything they were doing.
They got caught. They are in full damage control mode.
Lot’s of U.S. Marshalls and handcuffs need to be used here.

Obviously this guy didn’t get Brennan’s proclamation: they weren’t spies, they were informants.
I saw a MSM media saying Trump lied and then went on to tell the story about Trump call them spies was a lie.
Do they think the public is gullible enough to not understand that spies and informants are synonymous .
Unless someone is willing to take a long prison term for their masters, the data will eventually come out. What we are witnessing is criminals at DOJ and FBI delaying the data so the media whores can spin the issues and bore the public with the dalays, hoping the data will get shrugged off when the TRUTH of the criminality eventually is made public, by drips and drags.
And just to be clear, Sleepy Sessions is enabling the entire fraud!

I think we need to go beyond Sleepy and refer to him as Compromised Sessions.
It’s entirely consistent with his history.
