At this point it wouldn’t surprise me. That is a mighty tall order though.
Sec.. Pompeo on Fox stated....."If we get this right, and we get the denuclearization right, that America would be quite capable of... 'delivering them with lots of things'... that would make life better for the North Korean people."
Do you think Kim cares a whit about the North Korean people? He cares about staying in power, and he believes that he needs the nukes to guarantee that. What can the U.S. offer that will convince him otherwise?
Isn’t it interesting thought that at the same time the N.Korea Summit is in play so too negotiations with China on trade. ...makes sense Trump would be dealing with both....in order to gain the leverage he wants. I have no doubt he’s outplaying china and they know it regarding N.Korea......China still wants control in N.Korea...wants South China Sea control....and no trade war with Trump. All three of these are in play....
Now what if Trumps offering ‘more’ to N.Korea than China? and that Kim is interested? It’s possible because Kim wants to retrain leadership...Trump said OK if you open to trade and business and get rid of nuclear. What’s China offering Kim?
You need to put the nukes as history....all three have moved beyond that. There’s way too much skin on the table now for China...they’ve moved on to ‘dealing’ for rebuilding N.Korea and who has the greatest investment in it. Trump can offer plenty if you know anything about restructering a nation...a small price for driving the tensions and rivalries of the entire Pacific to go away. So Xi’s got to choose...and deal...and so does Kim..
So you need to get ahead with where they are..Kim has already been promised to ‘retain leadership’.....how and who ‘controls’ that is another story but it won’t be Kim.
Have you examined the reason it seems the North so viscerally hates John Bolton, but on the other hand gets along so well with other Americans like Bill Richardson, and John Kerry and Mad Albright?
Dennis Rodman, who knew?

I disagree. I see no evidence that Kim has put the nukes behind him.
Theres way too much skin on the table now for China...theyve moved on to dealing for rebuilding N.Korea and who has the greatest investment in it.
I don't agree with that either. China likes North Korea monopolizing the administrations attention, which gives them a free hand in the rest of Asia.
Trump can offer plenty if you know anything about restructering a nation...a small price for driving the tensions and rivalries of the entire Pacific to go away.
So it's not enough that we dropped trillions down the Iraq and Afghanistan rat holes, we need to dump trillions into North Korea, too? Pass, thank you.
So you need to get ahead with where they are..Kim has already been promised to retain leadership.....how and who controls that is another story but it wont be Kim.
Why should Kim trust us?
Then I can’t help you understand.
I'm afraid that I can't help you understand either.
Well I have the picture that’s currently on the table......but you are free to think of whatever of course..
I think it’s wrong to continue to use the label of Rocket Man. If Jong-un is willing to come to the table, why stick a finger in his eye? Regardless of who and what the man is, there’s such a thing as losing face in that part of the world by being called names. Hannity does it continuously and it just isn’t what we should be doing if we want to accomplish ANYTHING with that country...
No. You have your interpretation of the situation and I have mine.
Half empty half full...we all choose.
Kim Jong-un has been dicking everyone around, as usual.
Have you ever heard what their state press regularly calls our country and our leaders? And has done so for 70 years??
