I am sure that will be the plan but it is doomed to fail as parents will simply move to another city or district to avoid this.
Bussing ruined the majority of the public schools starting in the 70’s.
The whites here in L.A. did the same thing. And these idiots were mostly libs. Hypocrites. They keep bitching about racism yet they dont have a single non-white friend in their circle.
In the mid/late 70s I was bussed from my neighborhood white elementary school in NJ to a 50/50 white/black elementary school. We moved to a neighboring county (99.9 percent white) about 6 months after that happened.
