I was looking at the demographics yesterday, trying to figure out who was moved. What moved them?

The D's lost with every demographic, but not by much. In some cases (such as with blacks) the R's also dropped.

Then I found it. It was Hispanics. They not only left the D camp in droves, but gave the R's a HUGE six point jump.

So what happened last week? The media lying about Trump's ‘animals’ comment. Then the tap dancing, trying to tie MS13 in with all immigrants. Pelosi defending MS13.

I have Hispanic friends and family. They DESPISE the cartels.

That whole incident seriously pissed off this block of voters.

Enough to keep them pissed off through the midterms? Maybe. At the very least, I'll bet it's discouraged a lot of formally reliable D's from voting for their party in November. I doubt that it's enough to motivate this group to take a walk down the road and actually pull the lever for R - but it might be enough to tip the scales.

The BEST thing that could happen for us is for the media to keep doing exactly what they're doing. Keep blindly swinging at the ‘Trump is a racist’ effigy. It's so obvious that it's insulting to their audience.

Cynicism is well earned. But the notion that the media inflates Republican performance in a poll is simply absurd. There are three reasons they’ll never intentionally inflate Republican numbers:
1) Everyone wants to be on the winning team, so good polls bring out turnout. (Wouldn’t you rather tell people you voted for Reagan than for Romney?)
2) Good poll results attract money to the campaign.
3) Most get most of their REAL money from clients on Madison Avenue. They don’t want to be known as the pollsters who falsely said the Republicans were going to win; it makes them look to their left-leaning clients that they were rooting for the Republicans.

I am going to say this is in part the Kanye effect which is beginning to panic in Democrat circles. Then there was that caller on Rush the other day who saw the light while in prison. Then there are the Candace Owens on social media.. all of this is starting to take effect. Splitting the black vote could end up becoming one of Trump’s most underreported achievements.

Initially I was skeptical, but after thinking about it, there may be some validity. Rats and there enablers have been spreading the word the last few weeks to get back to economic / social issues and not Russia / Trump / Russia!! I think their internal polling is showing that.

Trump is the Big Dog and he does not have to legislate much of the things he has done.

I knew that loophole would be questioned.

Yes, there is no damn way the Republicans have done to endear themselves to voters. So either what we are seeing is the public has decided the Democrats are a bunch of jackasses (which still doesn’t explain rising ratings at MSNBC) or Trump is moving the GOP upwards (which doesn’t make sense as he cannot crack 50% approval like other Presidents).

I would like to think this is because more people have become aware of the fact that the Democrats did their level best to destroy our democracy, but it probably has more to do with the economy.

Trump should arrang to have an MS-13 question asked of him every month, so he can call them animals again. The MFM and the Democrats can be counted on to step on their collective crank, over and over again.

They just can’t resist running with the “Trump is a racist” story.

The Trump Hate Addiction is hurting Democrats. The news media may be destroying the Democratic Party, by pushing hate like a drug.

Not there yet, approaching retirement and I pray for our kids. We have to break up the hammerhold the progs have on our press, polls and schools.
