ABC talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel called for Americans to vote out politicians who don’t take action on gun laws after the deadly mass shooting at a Texas school on Friday.
“President Trump said that he is with the people of Santa Fe in this tragic moment and that he will be with them forever, except when it’s time to do something and then he will not be with them,” Kimmel said on his show Friday.
“Neither will any of the congresspeople or governors that won’t ever do anything because they fear it will hurt them politically,” he continued.
The late-night host said lawmakers are “too cowardly” to take action because “they care more about the support of the [National Rifle Association] than they do about children.”

Jimmy, enough of you being a political commentator. Stick with TV though you suck at that too!
When people guarded by people with guns and live in gated communities that have walls and armed security give that up then I will take them seriously.

Kimmel, who has ARMED GUARDS protecting his previous TV studio, is one to talk about the 2nd Amendment..how about this, let’s ban ALL abortions first..I mean after all, the king of all baby killers is Planned Parenthood
Hitler had the same idea, disarm everyone, easier to kill..that is the left’s plan..they don’t give a damn about saving lives its all about ending lives, the ones they disagree with

Actually Trump is with the people- He’s standing up for their second amendment rights- which is needed now more than ever since we’re facing an increasingly hostile and dangerous young society- Arm teachers- get armed guards- put in metal detectors etc- these are all things Trump is trying to do to RATIONALLY address the problem- but of course kimmel doesn’t mean trump isn’t doing anything- no- he means trump isn’t willing to violate our second amendment rights- and that is unacceptable to people like kimmel who no doubt have the luxury of being protected by armed guards- Kimmel certainly isn’t arguing for his space, his home, the studio etc to be a ‘gun free zones’- oh heck no- so why does he think it’s appropriate for schools to be gun free zones? Does he hate children or something?
Kimmel and people like him are NOT interested in protecting kids- because they ignore any sensible solutions to the problem- they are only interested in disarming law abiding citizens and violating our inalienable right to self defense
Kimmel wants to be relevant, wants to be noticed, and is worried about his ratings. He seems all those people who are making stupid statements getting media attention, and so he jumps on the bandwagon.
I don’t know by whom, or how, or where, but these “school shootings” are being orchestrated. You will have a hard time convincing me otherwise. There’s just been too damn many of them recently when for years you never heard of such things. And their timing has been suspicious, beginning as I believe they have, shortly after the first Obama election.
