He is freaking useless. I called once and I never, NEVER use profanity nor am I rude. While talking to a staff member I said, “please tell Senator Nelson that we don’t want this “damn” healthcare bill.” Suddenly I heard “click.” I called back and asked what happened we were disconnected? She said, “No, I hung up on you I am not paid enough to listen to “vile, filthy language!”
So the word “damn” is vile and filthy according to Nelson’s office staff. Virginal little snowflakes, all.
I once worked in a bank that his campaign had an account with. One day they brought in a deposit. Curious, I looked through the stack of checks. Out of all the checks (aound 40-50) only TWO were from FL. All the rest were PACs from all over the country. Lots from lawyers also. Silly me, I thought he was supposed to represent FL. He also spoke at my daughter’s graduation years ago. Jerk injected politics into the speech (Social Security, etc) to graduating Seniors. Just hope he gets his butt handed to him finally. Lived off the taxpayers for too long.
