During an interview with the Fox News Channel on Friday, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) argued that schools can’t be defenseless and disturbed shooters “aren’t so disturbed that they’re going to shoot up the sheriff’s office. They’re showing up where there is no self-defense.”
Rand said, “I think the first thing we should do is, there needs to be an announcement by every school district that we’re going to defend our children, and that we’re not going to have a sign outside that [says], ‘We’re defenseless.’ And I think that’s the problem, is that we do have these homicidal or crazy or mentally disturbed kids, but they still aren’t so disturbed that they’re going to shoot up the sheriff’s office. They’re showing up where there is no self-defense.”
He added, “I think we get distracted. We start talking about something that Republicans and Democrats disagree with on gun control. … Look, every Hollywood actor that hates guns has armed bodyguards defending them. So, they hate guns unless the guns are defending them. Let’s announce tomorrow and let’s encourage everybody who protects our kids, superintendents, principals, school boards, announce tomorrow we’re not going to leave our kids defenseless. We are going to defend our schools from crazy people with guns.”

If the media would broadcast the cops/or whoever is armed, stopping school shooters 24/7 like they do for the scum that end up shooting schools up with many deaths, this might make the wannabe shooters think twice about doing it!
I love the mals, they are totally safe with kids, but really tough protection dogs. The one female is what dog people would call civil, she is a true badass, yet curls up with a 4 year old, and often we wake up with her in bed with us. She is one that takes a pretty firm hand, she has at least three littermates that are military, and one is in a prison in Tenn or Ky I forget which.
Report says “bombs” were placed on the school grounds. The shooter walks into school with a trench coat that has a shotgun and handgun concealed. This would not happen in Israel, any American airport, sporting event or government facility etc. When asked what would you do to protect your children, the answer ALWAYS is ANYTHING! It is astounding that most people who will answer that question will be lying or lazy.

Allow every teacher and school employee who passes a background check, and desires, to carry a conceal weapon.

Its the same reason the want to take away the Peoples Guns - just like Hitler/Mao/Stalin did before they then murdered millions.
Just use the DACA and Planned parenthood abortion money and secure the schools.
I am all for this, but most teachers will refuse to carry. This also will not stop these animals (sorry MSM) from getting into the building and starting a shooting to begin with. Twenty teachers responding to his shooting spree might end up with him dead, but he'll have ample opportunity to take out a lot of victims until that happens.
If students need to pass through metal detectors and have their bags x-rayed, these weapons won't make it into the school in the first place.
Armed teachers are a backup, not the solution.
How about we put this sign on every entrance to every school in America:
ARMED GUARDS ON DUTY.
And make sure that the armed guards can respond to a shooting, and are allowed to use deadly force if required.
Anything less is just more leftist bullshit.
