Good thing we have a representative Republic instead.
We have a Constitutional Republic.
Doesn't the Constitution establish said representation?

They had huge Virginia and Massachusetts. Delaware, RI fought for these Constitutional provisions.

That's nothing. You haven't learned yet that we live in a Constitutional Republic, not a representative republic. I have now

I think maybe one response to the general thread would have sufficed.

You know what I meant.
I am not interested in getting into a pissing match with you over semantics.
Why is there one of you on every thread who wants to start a fight?
Goodbye bucko.

I am not interested in getting into a pissing match with you over semantics.Semantics is the meaning of a word and has nothing to do with your misidentifying our form of government.
Why is there one of you on every thread who wants to start a fight?
Correcting your ignorance and your posted disinformation is starting a fight? That's new to me.
Goodbye bucko.
To me your leaving instead of debating the issue is you saying you're wrong. Thanks.
C ya!

Well Squaw Grey Beaver, we are a republic with a representative democratic form of government. We are not a pure democracy and never have been. States are sovereign entities, they are not mere administrative conveniences of the federal government.

A debate implies there are two sides to argue.
Right off the bat you claim I'm wrong and you're the only one who could possibly be right.
So what's there to debate?
To me you sound just like Al Gore and his climate change drivel. He claimed the debate was over when there was no debate to begin with.
You don't want to debate. You want cut off debate so you can claim you're right.

The county election map tells a different story — the Country was virtual red.
Clinton’s numbers were inflated by illegal, urban votes.

Make sure you correctly name our form of government. If you get it wrong, you will be quickly corrected in this thread.

In 2016, California’s Democrat vote for Hillary accounted for more than the total of Hillary’s popular votes over Trump nationwide.
