This is a sedition plot and an FBI/CIA coup has been exposed. Like any mutinous military unit, they must be disbanded completely.
Any legitimate intelligence or law enforcement functions can be taken up under new agencies that operate under severe oversight.

Mueller’s team has been scouring this ill-gotten trove of data for any evidence of a crime, any crime, on someone, anyone on team Trump.
