Trump’s consequential presidency is beginning to show
The Washington Post ^ | May 10, 2018 | Ed Rogers

For the Trump administration, the absence of disaster usually has to suffice as good news. Well, I wouldn’t say President Trump is on a roll, but he has had several good days.

Specifically, the outcome of Tuesday’s Senate primaries made it more likely that the GOP will retain control of the Senate, the clean break with the Iran deal can be considered a bold display of resolve, and two judges have fanned back special counsel Robert S. Mueller III — perhaps curbing his overreach. Progress toward an agreement with North Korea seems to be proceeding quickly. In fact, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo secured the release of three Americans on Wednesday who had been held prisoner, and President Trump announced he will meet with Kim Jong Un in Singapore on June 12. Regarding North Korea, Jeff Greenfield wrote in a Politico piece titled “Thinking the Unthinkable: What if Trump Succeeds?” last week that recognizing all of Trump’s flaws provides “all the more reason to retain a sense of perspective; to be able to consider seriously the proposition that this misbegotten president has somehow achieved an honest-to-God diplomatic success.”

Then there are the recent polls from Reuters-Ipsos, Gallup, CBS and CNN which show that the president’s job approval is ticking up....

Man, I bet this success DJT is having - especially resolving the North Korea nuclear threat - is pissing the hell out of these liberal turds at the Compost.

And man! I’m loving it.

He’s probably referring to Stormy Daniels and the Steele Dossier.

This isn’t a roll, it’s a tidal wave of winning.

What worries me:
All the mentally deficient and deranged leftists have been watching anti-Trump propaganda for over a year.

When Al Sharpton incited a crowd years ago to go get the Jews and make them pay (for a phony accident charge—not deliberate assault of a black) some took its seriously and mobbed the Crown Heights religious Jews and killed a young rabbinical student. Murder.

What maniac like the schoolmate colleagues of David Hogg (one was a mass killer, remember?) will think of taking down our President? God forbid.

The MSM is below filth. Trump is accomplishing the amazing. This hack describes it as “the absence of disaster.” If it were Obama accomplishing even a fraction of Trump’s success, they would be declaring him a man-god.

Oh wait, they did anyway. And he completely failed at everything he attempted.

8 years of PDJT baby, I love America and have been hoping for a business man for 30 years to sit in the White House. This is great.

The PROGs/LIBs/RINOs must be crushed. If not, they will return with a vengeance to continue their malignant ways. There are many ways to achieve crushing them.

Hillarious comments at the end of the Post Aritcle. Libs heads exploding. Oh! And the Hypocrisy in the comments when referring to Trump! Exchange Trump for Obama and their exact statements are often exactly on point. (Or Hillary for that matter).

This is a lib author too. What winning is going on here! I’m loving it!

LOL. I would agree he is on that track. Still need a wall, not just more fence and repairs. He needs to fix the deficit, Entitlement Spending, upgrade and build the military and shrink government MORE! He also needs another tax cut aimed at personal income of individuals (next term). And we still have government running healthcare and insurance industry. If he can get education out of the federal scope and return power back to the states....

If he were to accomplish those things, the country would be on the right track for a generation. Hands down best President ever!

“I’m so happy we have this president after many years of complete BS.”

This is our first real President since noon on January 20, 1989.
