“Dont have some kind of probable cause kind of hearing?”
A grand jury indictment bypasses a preliminary hearing route.
Exactly right; Bobbie Baby has stepped in it up to his neck.
No borscht for you!
I love the push for a speedy trial. By law I believe, once an indictment is presented and an arraignment made, the government must be ready to go in 90 days unless upon motion of the defense for delay or for motions for discovery et al or upon motion by the prosecution if not contested by the defense.
Popcorn time comes around August 15th.
Yes. Especially if it were made by a Russian cook.
“The Russian Cook”
Soon to be the definitive Novel of the Investigation.
LANGUAGE WARNING - Loads of F-bombs and other cursing.
It's an awesome dissection in spite of the language.
The Mueller Indictments Are A F**king Joke & It's Dangerous [Web Exclusive] (15:09)
The bottom line is this company in Russia is a click-bait farm. They had no interest in interfering with our election or creating any chaos here.
It exists to make money through the cyber equivalent of creating and selling client lists.
First its the Russian whores. Now the Russian cook. Perhaps Mueller secretly loves Russian literature and is living it out.
Asserting Your Constitutional Right to a Speedy Trial in a Timely Fashion:
The moment you are arrested or arraigned, whichever comes first, the legal process has begun and the clock begins ticking for trial.
One important element of the right to a speedy trial is that this right must be asserted in a timely fashion. Thats because it is an affirmative defense in criminal cases, which means that it negates criminal liability independent of whether the defendant committed the alleged acts.
However, as an affirmative defense, the right to a speedy trial is effectively waived if the defendant fails to file the proper motion within the required timeframe. For instance, if you wait until the date of trial to suddenly claim that too much time has passed since your arrest and/or arraignment, it will likely be too late.
Ha! Mueller thought the 13 would all just roll over. Whoops!
I’m betting he’ll do neither.
And in this case it is the Corp defendant!
>>>Russian defendants adopted false online personas to push divisive messages<<<
Does this mean that there should be a separate Internet in each Country that are incapable of being linked?
I can’t figure out how I went to sleep in CA and woke up in North Korea.
Putin’s Cook is far cleaner than Obama’s co*k.
There is more truth to that statement than you can possibly imagine.
I would never do that.
The speedy trial clock starts at the arraignment or theee days after arrest, whichever comes first.
The right to a speedy trial is automatically applied unless affirmatively waived by the defendant.
The defendant showing up and demanding a speedy trial means Mueller either produce all discoverable material in plenty of time for trial defense, or he must drop the charges.
He has been hit with sanctions by the U.S. government.
How does that work? We've put sanctions on the guy just because he has been accused of something by Mueller's hit team?
