So does PA. But it didn’t stop the Philly mayor from passing restrictions within city limits about 10 years ago.

They’ve since been thrown away, but there was a period of time when CCW holders were taking their chances carrying within city limits.

I vowed to simply never again visit the city, a promise that has been easy to keep.

Not stopping them from doing it and requires someone to pursue charges. Hence my argument that Gov Scott won’t do anything about it as he’s running against Bill Nelson for Senate.
