A new report could prove that President Trump was right when he tweeted about a so-called "Pakistani mystery man" who kept Democratic National Committee documents and servers out of the hands of investigators.

The report, by The Daily Caller's Luke Rosiak, says that Imran Awan -- the IT aide of former DNC chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) -- took a laptop with him in 2017 after being banned from the House computer network for “unauthorized access to data.”

The report also says that Awan left the laptop, which had the username "RepDWS," "in a phone booth with a letter to prosecutors" in April 2017.

"This is like straight out of James Bond," Rosiak said on "Fox & Friends First" Tuesday.

It sure would be satisfying to see all the actors (and actresses) in this appalling matter brought to justice.

There are still phone booths? Maybe he was leaving it for Clark Kent.

He may find himself suicided soon.

Yes, but by whom? He's served his purpose for Paki ISI, and anything he gives up hurts both Pakis and Dems. He could get whacked from either direction.

I’d like to see a few James Bond types deal out some justice.

I remember seeing a video of DWS trying her best to intimidate DC police into returning her laptop. She sure was doing her best to get it back.

The thing you have to wonder about....did any of the DC cops make a copy of the hard drive? You could see this never going away if copies exist.

Here it is: Wasserman Schultz Threatens Capital Police With "Consequences" Unless They Return Equipment.

This whole sordid espionage episode sure dropped out of sight. It sure screams "UNIPARTY" when the Republicans are too scared to pursue it.

It sure would be a glad day. Then again, this Awan has not been charged with anything related to the IT and/or DNC Computers. He is charged with bank fraud by filing a false document. That stopped the entire process. He can’t be questioned without Attorney’s permission. That way DWS, Brazile, Hillary, Becera(?), Schiff, etc.. can all skate. Exact opposite of Sessions positioning.

Awan is long gone. Never made it past a first appearence. He may be charged later or by Sealed Indictment. That still lets many skate. No reason for this. Should take them all down.

Absolutely! Sure makes you wonder what’s on that laptop.

Actually, it was a phone room. In the old federal office buildings, the press and others would leave a meeting and go to the phone room to make calls.

Also, the laptop was left with other things, and it was staged so that it would be discovered. Also again, it is not proven it was Imran Awan left it. The things left were Awan’s but maybe the things were left by another.

How can we NOT be cynical when:

1. This story goes cold.
2. The Las Vegas incident has evidence withheld from public view.
3. The mantra “you see something, you say something” has proven useless and counter productive.
4. A President continues to be investigated under virtually no pretense.
5. Seth Rich’s disappearance is unresolved.

This will end very badly for the dems. I know it. You know it.

And they know it.
