Huber is not conduction an investigation. There is no Huber grand jury calling witnesses and hearing testimony. If there was we would know about it.

Huber is reviewing the IG's investigation to help Session decide if a special counsel is warranted (You can bet dollars to donuts that Sessions will decide a SC is not needed). That is all Huber is doing. Read the damn letter Session send to congress it spells out in detail exactly what Huber is doing. Rosenstein, Sessions and Wray are all trying to run out the clock. Delay delay delay and hope the rats take back congress this nov.

Agree with every single word you wrote. However, to be fair there is a reason the Sessions cheerleaders give themselves until the end of summer [August 31]. It is because they’ve been continuously burned. First they said huge—HUGE—developments would happen in November. After nothing happened, they’ve been predicting, ‘very soon,’ and, ‘it’s about to happen,’ every week and pretty much every day.

Finally we have one that allows for more wiggle room. I.e.: we’ll see some action by the end of August.

It’s just another way of giving baby-Sessions more time to take his first staggering, halting steps.

The ad hominem rationalization if just plain funny

‘You can bet dollars to donuts that Sessions will decide a SC is not needed.’

Sessions has already decided. He said Mueller’s investigation has taken on a life of its own, and NO WAY will Sessions allow what has happened to Trump to happen to Hillary et al. Sorry Sessions cheerleaders, but that is what Jeff said and the rationale he gave. I.e.: he’s fine with Mueller ripping Trump apart, but Jeff will protect the left from similar treatment at all costs.

Abusive ad hominem is all the Sessions cheerleaders ever offer. Sometimes they mention Huber, but that Obama-appointed Democrat is, according to Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows, just another Rosenstein delaying tactic.

Every action taken by Sessions, Rosenstein and Wray indicate that they are part of the deep state working to take down Trump. To believe their is some secret 4th dimension plan to turn the tables on Trump enemies is pure fantasy. I guess the Jeffbots here also believe in the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny.

Absolutely. When it comes right down to it, the Sessions cheerleaders have only three explanations/answers for/to his backstabbing behavior:

4DChess

Kabuki theater

TRUST SESSIONS

Trump expressed his disappointment in the Justice Department during a Fox News interview in which he said Comey is “guilty of crimes” that could be uncovered “if we had a Justice Department that was doing their job.

When asked why he doesn’t push the department to do more, Trump say he’s staying out for now.

“Because of the fact that they have this witch hunt going on with people in the Justice Department that shouldn’t be there, they have a witch hunt against the president of the United States going on, I’ve taken the position, and I don’t have to take this position and maybe I’ll change, that I will not be involved with the Justice Department,” he said. “I will wait until this is over. It’s a total, it’s all lies and it’s a horrible thing that is going on, a horrible thing.”

Trump has repeatedly lashed out at Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who heads the department, for recusing himself from the Russia investigation. Trump has previously called on the department to target leakers, but no one has been prosecuted for leaks critical of the Trump administration.

“So very disappointed in my Justice Department,” Trump said. “Because of the fact it is going on, and I think you will understand this, I have decided I won’t be involved. I may change my mind at some point because what is going on is a disgrace. It is an absolute disgrace. By the way only collusion is with Democrats and Russians.”

Nope, I’ve pointed to facts. You insist on adding your interpretation to those facts.
Where I see the progress you see nothing.

“People 100x closer to the situation” are not the people who actually are doing anything. You are either in the know or not. Congress is not in the know, none of them are in the know. One seems to understand how to work cooperatively with the investigation without jeopardizing it or shooting for grandstanding.

You’ve fallen for the grandstanding, not me.

The writing is on the wall. McCabe will be facing criminal charges; Comey is on the way and others have already faced the same and been flipped.

The list of the flippers includes Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bill Priestap, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr and probably a few more.

If you think all that work ends there, I have a bridge to sell ya.

“Huber is not conduction an investigation. There is no Huber grand jury calling witnesses and hearing testimony. If there was we would know about it.”

Mostly WRONG.

The DOJ IG Michael Horowitz is conducting the investigation. He turns over crimes for the prosecution to John Huber. Word of a grand jury has been out for a while and been broached publicly. The Seditionists all know; you don’t and refuse to believe but you’ll have no choice when the indictments are made public.

“Huber is reviewing the IG’s investigation to help Session decide if a special counsel is warranted.”

WRONG. You’ve made a conclusion incorrectly as you’re not on the prosecution working with the team. You’re speculating based on your desired predictions. Unfortunately, you’re wrong here too.

That is all Huber is doing.

Wrong. Huber is not pushing paper; he’s a prosecutor. He’s preparing prosecutions.

By the summer, you’ll be saying how you didn’t and couldn’t know x, y and z so these are the reasons you “missed it.”

I’m telling you that’s wrong now when it matters. AG Jeff Sessions has John Huber reporting to him and the same can be said of several other investigations he’s overseeing right now.

When AG Jeff Sessions publicly says there’s an item under review; you can be sure the investigation and prosecution are not far off. He’s a gamer.

It’s clear AG Sessions sees prosecutions as the likely road in the short term. Depending on how much the pile grows, he may pass over the boiling pot.

There’s nothing wrong with that approach whatsoever. As long as he has US Attorneys he can trust; he can get the work of justice done.

The Hon. AG Sessions will!

The deep state is everywhere. This obsession with Jeff Sessions is completely irrational.
