For a while. Socialism works until they run out of other peopel’s money. Socialism punishes the people who work for a living and rewards those who vote for a living.Ok, yo have no point. Let the country of CA run out of money. It wouldn't be MY problem then now would it?

My question was rhetorical, they couldn’t survive without federal dollars. See how loudly they squealed when the Fed threatened to hold back money from “sanctuary cities”. And with the insane policies California wants to enact their economy couldn’t possibly support itself.Sure CA could. All the tax revenue that was going to DC from CA would then be redirected to Sacramento.
If Israel can be a country certainly CA could be.
