Anyone who will under legalization smoke themselves into oblivion wasn't a top producer to begin with.

It is not necessary to be a top producer, just a net positive. Earned success is all that is necessary. (Positive effort brings its own reward and perpetuates a cycle)

It is not necessary to be a top producer, just a net positive. Earned success is all that is necessary.
