WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Democratic Party filed suit against Russia, President Donald Trump’s campaign and WikiLeaks on Friday, charging that they conspired to disrupt the 2016 U.S. presidential election campaign, a court filing showed.
The party alleges in the federal lawsuit in Manhattan that top Trump campaign officials conspired with the Russian government and its military spy agency to hurt Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and tilt the election to Trump by hacking Democratic Party computers, the filing showed.

Discovery will be interesting. Let’s start with the logs. Did someone hack the computer and remain connected for the hours it would have taken to find and download that much data, or did someone on the inside provide it? Many other fun questions come to mind.

Let’s start with the Espionage Act and private, non-sanctioned, servers with above top secret data on them, run by Pakistani nationals that fled the country. Then the deletion of emails after subpoena.

They DO realize now that even without any other action, they just opened themselves up to discovery?
That server they claimed was hacked, prove it.
That set of documents by Seth Rich that made it to WikiLeaks, prove it came from the Russians.
Countersuits against them conspiring with the folks at ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, NYTimes, WaPo and HuffPo, along with George Soros and others would be devastating. Both for their criminal conspiracy to overthrow the election but to attempt a soft coup.
And if they request it today, can they prevent the DNC morons from blocking the request?

As I noted earlier, it seems that the Democrats spent more on the dossier, never mind this weasel hole of an “investigation”, than the Russians spent trying to influence the election in the first place.
In fact, I bet the actual illegal collusion between Hillary, the DNC and PACs spent many times more than the Russians.
They probably already have the NY jury picked and paid. While discovery could be fun, one would be crazy to counter sue and get this case in to court and likely lose in a NY court.
