What a joke. They already steal any and all IP and tech that isn’t nailed down, and send legions of “student” to US universities to steal research.
I thought so too...but clearly this reflects they are not happy about the conditions Trump wants for trade etc. They get exactly what needs to be done, they just don’t want to do it.
