My Strange Starbucks Experience

Starbucks XXXXXX Charleston, SC 29401

XXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXX December 28, 2017

Dear sir/madam:

I am writing to describe my experience at Starbucks at XXXXXXXXXXX Charleston, SC 29401, which occurred on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 around 4:15 pm.

My friend XXXXXXX and I had finished touring the XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXX house, and decided we had enough time to go to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. What happened after we got to Starbucks was both humorous, and at the same time troubling.

I ordered the coffee, and XXXXXX excused himself to the restroom. A couple of minutes later, I received a cell phone call from XXXXXX, who stated there was no toilet paper in the restroom. At that time I notified the gentleman who had prepared the coffee, and he said he would send someone right away. I offered to take the toilet paper to the restroom since he was very busy, but he said he had already told someone, and they would take it shortly.

When the young lady took the toilet paper to XXXXXX, whose hand was outstretched from behind the door, she kind of threw it at his hand. She then made the statement that she was not allowed to touch a customer's hand. Since XXXXXXX could not see the roll coming, it naturally was not caught and hit the floor. She then picked it off the floor and placed it into Louis's hand. She also made the comment that the homeless people were stealing the toilet paper, with the implication that probably was why none was available.

May I suggest you might want to counsel your employees on the wonderful clensing properties of anti-bacterial soap when properly applied during hand washing, and the desirability of checking the restrooms periodically, so that this type of incident does not occur. I do want to stress that all the employees at this Starbucks during this incident were courteous and friendly. Fortunately, this December 6 experience was not a usual one for me as a Starbucks customer.

Sincerely,

XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXX XXX-XXXX

the strangest thing I can think of about Star*ucks is how the company manages to sell its totally tasteless liquid as ‘coffee’

false advertising?
product misrepresentation?

From what I’ve seen on the internet....they are about to have a bigger problem with the homeless. Just sayin’.

Burnt expensive coffee beans disguising mediocre coffee for $5.00?

Dear Starbucks,

I never visit your crummy Libtard establishments, but if I did I would certainly expect to pay for some form(s) of beverage and/or food before expecting to stay and utilize the facilities.

I supposed it’s just my lifelong “white privilege” speaking, but I do not expect to be a social parasite and take up space in any food/refreshment establishment where I am not a current paying customer.

Perhaps if I had less of a sense of “white privilege” I would think that I can just take over any place of my choosing, anytime, and demand that everything be done my way, without me needing to pay one cent.

Sincerely,

A Confused “White Privilege” Non-Customer

Starbucks coffee is all pretty strong. Must use a lot of creamer to get a milder taste.

I like McDonald's coffee just as well, and I don't buy the lattes, etc. Want to try their blond espresso.

Okay, so this one time I went into a Starbucks and had a really good cup of coffee.

Weirdest experience of my life.

The best coffee in America comes from McDonalds. Dunkin Donuts is a close second. I also like Tim Hortons. Starbucks is over priced horse piss.

i find Star*ucks invariably tasteless, sorry about that.
no matter what

McD coffee used to be about as barfable as McD burgers
However, a couple years ago they notieably improved their coffee... I can drink it ok now, tho it remains far from my personal choice its ok

if you have a Peet’s coffee in your area, you might like it

That they call burnt "deep roasted".

It is like when I found a chicken frozen like a rock and the store manager had the audacity to tell me that it was not frozen but "deep chilled".

McD used to have horrible coffee to go with its horrible burgers but McD improved their coffee a few years ago...
it is better now.

If you happen by a Peet’s coffee, you might like it?
