Steyn has been in court and has been reticent about the case against CRTV.

From the document, my takeaway is that Levin's people thought Steyn was uppity and condescending to everyone.

After reading the whole award document, I got the sense that CRTV had a shoddy case, making a stretch of charges against Steyn.

I honestly had expected a better legal representation from Levin. I'm not saying that Levin should have won, but a description of the charges and counter-charges suggests that Levin's team was over-reaching.

Won. The arbitrator ruled that CRTV was in breach of contract, not Mark Steyn, and Mark was awarded substantial damages plus costs.

I signed up for CRTV because they brought in Mark Steyn. I’ve continued to watch Levin, but that’s about it.

Aside from a small reduction in attorney fees, Steyn hit a World Series deciding grand slam home run.
