No, missiles are not free, but we have to weigh the cost of allowing Chemical Weapons to continue being manufactured vs. not doing anything and allowing the manufacturing to continue.
The open questions for me are these —
WERE CHEMICAL WEAPONS REALLY USED ?
IF SO, WHO USED IT? ASSAD OR SOME OTHER GROUP?
