The only Generation 4 fighter in Iran’s inventory are Mig-29s and perhaps Su-3os. The vast bulk are American 3rd generation fighters, Phantoms, Tomcats, and F-5s, left over from the days of the Shah. Yes it would be Marianas V2.0.
