Well, if there were any lingering doubts about Twitter’s perceived bias against conservatives, look no further than what CEO Jack Dorsey tweeted out last night. Apparently, a “good read” is a post co-written by a Center for American Progress senior fellow that calls for “civil war,” the destruction of the GOP, and the adoption of how California runs everything from sea to shining sea. Yeah, bipartisanship is dead, so mob rule is what’s needed. Now, to be fair, the “civil war” will be won at the ballot box and demographic shifts, namely through the so-called emerging Democratic majority, but the overall theme is quite explicit: conservative Republicans are not welcome until they reform. In other words, until they break to the power of progressivism. First, if California’s politics is the future of the country, I’d rather chug bleach.

What this idiot doesn’t realize is his company would be one of the first targets. Take down the social media companies, take down the media, take down Hollywood, and you have eliminated most of the problems in this country. Once those targets have been eliminated, the others would be a piece of cake.
Too many people that have watched too many Civil War movies, and think that it was only bad because it only lacked the efficiency of modern technology.
A civil war here will look like the ones you see in Angola, or Sri Lanka. Long, mostly unorganized, extremely destructive, inconclusive, and wont result in stuff going back to any measure of normality.
It is revealing that liberals would like nothing better than single party rule with an all powerful central government run by liberal elites and the deplorables being treated as ignorant wards of the state.
