The omnibus bill is NOT a budget. Consequently, it has discretionary spending elements.
The President is free to allocate the monies any way he sees fit.
Stopping terrorists, drug traffic, illegals, gangs, warlords, and international crime certainly is within the bounds of the responsibility of our military.
Certainly the Democrats are aware that they have been redirecting our DoD funding for social experiments, that do nothing but water down the readiness of the military.
Take the money instead from the National Endowment for the Arts. Post an 8-foot portrait of Anderson Cooper, Kevin Spacey and Don Lemon in their boxer shorts with the caption in Spanish “THIS is what America wants to do with your little boys.”

There are dozens of posters at Democratic Underground and Daily Kos that have more positive things to say about President Trump than you do. Why is that?

My dad worked on a lot of those roads around NYC. The Pentagon guys were always around. One of their bugaboos was overpass height. Several completed overpasses on the Long Island Expressway had to be torn down and rebuilt to Pentgon specs. If Schumer pushes lawsuits the records of those rebuilt overpasses should be introduced as evidence.
