The Republican members in both the House and the Senate can remove both Ryan and McConnell anytime they can muster the necessary votes to do so. Let me also assure you that if POTUS, Trump does not veto this bill, the Republicans will lose the house for sure and possibly lose the Senate also. Game over, which is exactly what both ryan & Mcconnell want!!!

It’s also not beyond the realm of possibility that McConnell votes for impeachment.
