Paul Ryan BLOCKS Trump's Border Wall in New Spending Bill - Time To Go
the Goldwater ^

Posted on 03/21/2018 5:24:29 PM PDT by MNDude

House Majority Leader Paul Ryan (R-WI) has introduced one of the largest spending bills in the history of the United States of America's government with nearly a trillion dollars in expenses - but has failed to produce the necessary $25 billion President Trump has required for his Border Wall proposal.

Included in the massive waste of spending is nearly $30 billion for Obamacare markets, that will “fund insurer payments known as cost-sharing reduction payments for three years, and offer $30 billion in reinsurance funds distributed evenly for three years,” according to the Washington Examiner.

The influx of cash for the disastrous Obamacare is known as “TITLE IV BIPARTISAN HEALTH CARE STABILIZATION,” which is certain to infuriate Trump voters who have long since demanded a full repeal of Obamacare, after the GOP included a repeal of the individual mandate in last year's historic reform proposals which eventually passed and benefitted the American people with enormous bolsters to their income.

Below is the proposal to reinvigorate the Obamacare markets:

Unfortunately, it has come down to that.

Terrible terrible deal for Trump.

He needs to realise - if that wall (i.e. one of the prototypes he has viewed) is not very far along by the time of the next election - he is toast, done, finished and unelectable.

At this point he has nothing to lose - lets face it the house looks like its gone, which means his legislative agenda if stuck in the mud for at least 2 more years, in reality there wont be another Republican super majority until the next GOP President(if there ever is one).

VETO IT MR PRESIDENT!

He needs to veto.

This will be possibly the most disappointing things he has done/

1.6B$ is no victory, it is complete capitulation and defeat.

Ryan introduced the new bill designed by him, Pelosi, Schummer, and Donahue (Chamber of Commerce). No border Wall, but a tunnel between NJ and NYC.

In the UK if we hadn’t done that - i.e. UKIP we would NEVER have had a referendum on the EU and make that important change.

I know its a different system, but pulling a lever for a dem is as good as pulling for a republican at this point - you get shafted either way.

I think we have all known Ryan was dirty for a while but if there is no “meaningful” Republican opposition in play for his seat now it’s too late for another two years.
You can always tell when Ryan is up to no good. He will give a speech detailing all the good things the Trump adm. has done while dragging and pulling him along. He’s deep state and needs to go.

This is all so unnecessary.
Unless we are all brain dead we know by now that the correct route to getting rid of Ryan is to get someone better, former military, war hero if possible, very Trumpesque, fund him in the millions to take Ryan’s seat and then make him a household name.
Once that is done we have a shot at getting rid of Ryan. Even then it may take two or three tries.
If we are not as dedicated as the hard left is to preventing our demise we will get what we deserve.

And if he doesn’t sign it our military gets screwed

Then it's time to shut down the government, the military, everything, until the GOP and the RATS all get in line. It's time to stop screwing over the American public. Those of us who are still sane know the truth; we're tried of the crap that is being shoveled on us by the likes or Ryan and McConnell.

Does the Military really need $700 Billion?

Take $10 Billion out & give it to The Wall!!!

I think the biggest problem with non-border states, is that they have NO idea how much damage the illegals are doing.

The UniParty’s goal is to transfer power from the GOPe wing to the DNC Wing in the House and Senate in 2018, impeach and remove Trump and Pence in 2019 and gain total and permanent control in 2020.

I think you've you've got it, except they will probably let Pence serve out as a caretaker.

No, they will impeach Pence and place the Speaker, a RAT, in power. Probably Pelosi, just so she can be the “First Female President”...if she lives that long.

The UniParty is playing with fire. They may well initiate CWII.

Isn’t this known as a poison pill?

The Republicans act like they are pushing a big spending bill to appeal to their “taker” constituency, but add a “poison pill”, something they know will cause the bill to get vetoed. In this case, lack of funding for the border wall.

That way, come election time, when they run against tax/spend Democrats, they can brag to their “taker” constituents that they introduced and fought hard for this spending bill that would have “brought home the bacon”, but because it was vetoed, they can also brag to their “maker” constituency that they held spending levels down.

Democrats know exactly who they are: blatant tax/spend thieving socialists who steal tax money from the “makers” to purchase votes from the “takers”.

Republicans are conflicted: they know that socialist, globalist and redistributionist policies kill jobs and prosperity and are doomed to failure, yet there simply aren’t enough intelligent “maker” voters, so for political expediency they talk out of both sides of their mouths, play games and lie through their teeth to get elected.

Unfortunately, no. Trump has already been tweeting favorably and indicating that more wall funding will come later. He is going to sign it.

Trump will not sign this bill.

He shouldn't but I fear he will. The Supreme Court will stay in the hands of the Progressives and the Republic is likely lost.

Suicide is such a sad way for the Republic to die.

The RATS dream of Congressional takeover in 2018 so they and Never Trumpers can commence impeachment in Jan 2019 AND this is now withing their grasp. Grandma Nan and evil Schumuckie can see their new offices is within easy reach and power with the help of their most ardent supporters Paul Rino and Mitch McTurtle.

WHY VOTE "R" - what does that Party stand for? It most certainly is not smaller Federal Government or doing what their constituents sent them to the District of Corruption for!!!!!!! If the "R" party cannot do better than this I have to reach one conclusion only - Congress is still being run by the RAT party and like past years the "R"s are just there for the cocktail parties and as complainers.

JUST BE DONE WITH IT AND GO THE WAY OF YOUR PREDECESSORS THE WHIGS.
