Black Lives Matter is sometimes criticized for using illiberal methods to advance its goals. The movement’s top leader in Pennsylvania, Asa Khalif, isn’t shying away from that reputation.
He threatened to “begin disrupting classes and other campus activities with a wave of protests” starting Friday if the University of Pennsylvania doesn’t fire a professor it has already punished for comments about black student performance, The Philadelphia Tribune reports.

They might want to take a quick peek at what happened to Mizzou... a black student alleged that someone yelled a racial epithet from a truck, and complained. Zero evidence, of course, but... then a black student painted a swastika, and claimed that racism was rampant on campus. The student body President then tweeted that the KKK and the National Guard were on campus, which were also patently false... but... that didn't stop the protestors from alleging that the university "didn't do enough, fast enough". Thus, BLM acted up. They demanded that the (white) University Chancellor step down. He did (and by amazing coincidence, his replacement was black).
In just 2 years, donations to the school are down, especially to athletics, which are down SEVENTY-TWO percent... in just 2 years.
According to The New York Times, freshman enrollment for the fall 2017 semester was down 35% compared to 2015. Seven dorms have been closed and 400 positions have been cut. "Students of all races have shunned Missouri, but the drop in freshman enrollment last fall was strikingly higher among blacks, at 42 percent, than among whites, at 21 percent."
