Remember back in the beginning of summer there was a big stink about the legality of Comey taking personal notes because more than half of his personal Memos/Notes were recollections of his conversations with Trump about the Russia investigation and were actually determined to contain classified information.

We have an Obama FBI that spied on Senators (Sessions, that we know of), retired military (Flynn, that we know of), and Presidential candidates (Trump, that we know of).
The FBI is still spying on Trump, keeping "memos" of contacts with the President. One has to believe that the existence of these memos violates executive privilege, if not the spirit of it.
The coup is still going on.

I seriously doubt that McCabe can provide any substantive evidence that he was unfairly maligned. As a public employee all of McCabe's notes and memos were paid for by the government, and are part of the public record.
His misdeeds were identified by the Inspector General, and are part of the public record. He should be ashamed of himself for betraying the public trust, and failing to respect the integrity of the FBI.
McCabe has yet to apologize for his failures; he demonstrates his leftist leanings by continuing to make excuses and playing the blame game. How is he different from Hillary Clinton and other Democrats? Hate is self destructive.

The reply would corroborate the validity of the memo. Otherwise just memory jogger, he said she said unless third party recorded.
Those memos are as factual in content as this forum comments posted are as fact.
