German Chancellor Angela Merkel was undercut by her interior minister on Friday, when he said in an interview that “Islam does not belong to Germany.”
Interior Minister Horst Seehofer, whose Bavarian Christian Social Union is a right-wing coalition ally of Merkel's Christian Democrats (CDU), made the remarks in an interview with Bild, although he did add that Muslims who live in the country are part of Germany.
“Germany is shaped by Christianity. That means not working on Sundays and celebrating religious holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas," he said.
“My message is: Muslims need to live with us, not next to us or against us,” he added.
He has also taken a harder line on deportations, calling for policies that would make deportations easier.
His comments set him up for a clash with Merkel, who opened the country’s borders to mass migration from the Middle East and Africa in response to the Syrian refugee crisis in 2015. The comments also come as the populist and anti-migration “Alternative for Germany” (AfD) has been creeping up in the polls.

Had Maurice not been assassinated, Islam might have forever been confined to the Arabian peninsula. There would have been no conquests into Anatolia, Persia and Northern Africa.

Such a resistance movement could bring things to a head sooner than later
Europe is run by Femi-Nazis who think rape by the Muslim is culturally appropriate and all decisions are feelings based. Sure, in European modern history, countries led by men have caused war and misery. Today, Europe led by women, will ultimately do more damage to European Society than any World War. The trend is the ultimate collapse of a good portion of Western Europe not necessarily by the bullet but by the ballot. Democracy is its own worst enemy.

Yes, it was a turning point allowing militant Islam to capitalize on their sudden weakness. The problem is that Islam is always on the offensive, even today. Weakness allows it to spread like a cancer.

At this stage, I only see a underground resistance against the muzzies as a way force a final resolution that could go either way. All depends upon how their mulitary would react to all out street fighting.
