Kristian Saucier, the U.S. Navy sailor pardoned by President Trump Friday, harshly criticized the Obama administration during a Saturday morning interview with Fox News’ Pete Hegseth.

Saucier was charged and jailed in October 2016 for taking photos onboard a nuclear submarine in 2009. He believes his his case was an attempt by the Obama administration to “take the heat” off of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server at the State Department. People should realize working for gov‘t makes one a political pawn and a serf. The chains of bondage maybe velvet, but you can never take them off.

The most miserable people I know are those that are employed by the gov‘t.

“”The most miserable people I know are those that are employed by the gov‘t.””””””

No doubt. I deal with them all the time. They know they can’t get fired so it can suck dealing with them. They are quite out of touch with reality.

So glad he was pardoned. He didn’t do anything but his life was destroyed.

Looking back,it seems to me that most everything done by the Obama administration was a smokescreen to cover up something else.

It’s my observation they really really hate their jobs and lives and count the minutes until they can collect a pension.

that may also explain the widespread disability fraud among gov‘t employees.

Do not forget the word "Vindictive". Every liberal I have known rails against the good ol' boys club-backroom dealers, etc, only to yield the wrath of the law upon enemies or anyone they dislike, fortified with absolute ignorance of the law and any self restraint. They are like a child finally given a little responsibility.

It was bad that he was jailed rather than busted a paygrade or two. That said, im glad hes free and his sentence pardoned. Now the kid just needs to shut up.

Yep. He should be smart enough to know he got a “yuge” break and just be happy.

Regardless to whether Saucier intended to compromise nuclear boat secrets or not, he broke the rules. Taking pics of the internals of nuke subs is an absolute no-no. At least that was how it was when I was in the Navy.

That’s the ticket. Arrest the pawn and let the Queen go free.

A couple of things stand out, here.

One, I think the hypocrisy probably made this guy physically ill, in staring into the face of our two tiered justice system, one for the “haves” and one for the “have not’s”.

And secondarily the fact that his low level case of stupidity was taken out of the military process and thrown into the spotlight of the federal prosecutorial process is pretty outragous to a military man.

And then Hillary skates with coffee and donuts as her experience with the feds, after opening classified and Top Secret info to the world.

Not all of us. Unfortunately we are all judged by the bad apples.

Well, carry the thought forward...... if Kevin was pardoned, Hillary et al must be pardoned as well

Kevin’s pardon is a bad precedent
