Take away all the IP on methodology and algorithms from Google, Facebook, Twitter. That will get their attention and is perfectly within the scope of Congress.
They are begging to be regulated like a utility or broken up as a monopoly.

Trump would never do anything that might make liberals angry at him. Afterall, he may start to get negative press coverage
I only signed up to use Twitter because Trump uses it.
Trump could destroy Twitter by switching to a competing service or even just posting messages through a competing service a little earlier than on Twitter.
