There is allegedly a rape epidemic on college campuses, and the Left is disarming college-age adult women.

[[They’re simply deciding who they’ll do business with and on what terms. That’s perfectly legal,]]

Tell that to the bakery that was forced to pay a fine for deciding not to do business with a gay couple

You and GingisK are so right. Under 21, no voting, no fighting. Clearly they are too immature to handle anything except the x box controller.

One can make a MUCH STRONGER CASE that age discrimination falls under federal civil rights statues than what gender a dickhead decides to identify with on a particular day.

I say GO FOR IT!

The vapid virtue signaling will have no impact on 21+.

A 17 year old can serve with parental consent.

MY Guess is this is risk-management and insurance companies weighing in.

“L.L. Bean sells guns? Really? I thought they made boots.”

I wasn’t aware that Bean sold guns. Their catalog shows up in my mailbox every periodically and I sometimes flip through it. And, don’t recall ever seeing any guns. I also shop at Kroger at least once per week and have never seen any guns in their stores....

“The armed forces just raised the age too. I mean, right?”

An excellent point. If the long gun age purchase eligibility is going to be changed to twenty one then age of majority should be changed to twenty one across the board, including entering the military. We trust eighteen ~ twenty year olds to operate an Abrams tank. Should we entrust these “children” with such awesome power? Sarc/

If under 21 does not have the proper judgement to engage in the second amendment then you MUST expect them to also not have proper judgement in voting. How about the #1 killer of 18-21 year olds - driving. No driving on any federal highways for under 21. States can decide what to do for driving on state highways. Shall I go on to the other dozens of restrictions?

They can't do that. No more than a business that sells alcohol could say you have to be 25 or whatever BS they want to make up. Federal law is 18 to buy a long gun. As soon as these companies refuse to sell to a 20 year old they are committing age discrimination. They are violating the civil rights of the purchaser.

Or bake a cake?:)

..overpriced pseudo-sporting clothes and pseudo-outdoor equipment to Yuppies, rather than high quality stuff to real sportsmen as they did in the early days.

And THAT is 'the rest of the story' !

If this flies, then why can’t a bakery raise the age to 92 before they will sell a homosexual wedding cake?

They probably sold as many guns as Delta sold discounted tickets to NRA members.

Wow.

You’re a vet with a tour in Afghanistan under your belt? Well thank you for service.

But unfortunately, your military ID says you’re only 20. Clearly you’re not responsible enough to buy an AR-15.

Sorry....
