A report released Friday claims four of Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel’s deputies waited outside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School while the attack was occurring. On February 22 Breitbart News reported that one deputy resigned after it was learned that he was on scene but failed to control Nikolas Cruz. Sheriff Israel told ABC 13 that video shows the deputy, Scott Peterson, “arrive at the west side of Building 12” and “take a position” outside the school — but never go inside. The sheriff’s office moved to suspend Peterson, who resigned before the suspension could take place.
Now CNN reports that the Coral Springs police officers claim three other Broward County deputies were outside the school but failed to go inside as well. They quote “Coral Springs sources” who said the three “deputies had their pistols drawn and were behind their vehicles” when Coral Springs officers arrived. They said “not one of [the deputies] had gone into the school.”

And this story received scant media coverage. I was in the dentist chair getting my teeth cleaned a few days after and the female tech was telling me about this courageous dyke that came “out.” She was talking about the dykes courage and how heroic she was. I said, she’s a hero for what? I told her about the 3 real heroes on a train in Paris. She wasn’t even aware of the story or what a real hero is. I switched dentist.
Well...there goes the “when seconds count the police are minutes away” saying. “When seconds count...the police will be outside waiting”?

FDNY not NYFD. FDNY on 9-11. Friend of mine, Fr. Mychal - the chaplain - on department died that day. Even the priest ran towards the trouble that day.

CNN is reporting it because the cops will be the scapegoats for Sheriff Israel. Just as Israel criticized Peterson, now he has 3 more to shoulder the blame that should be his.
It isn’t totally that they are unionized, I think its more the command structure as in the military. Sargent, Lieutenant, Captain, etc. that overrides common sense and the save the innocence protocol.
The "lion who cares not about the opinions of the sheep" needs to go down hard - along with a number of Feebies and the school administration.
If this is true, it is such a dereliction of duty that a cynic would suggest they were ordered or paid to stand down.
If it was one girl (or guy), then maybe - but four?
IF THEY KNEW IT WAS GOING TO FALL, noone would have gone up.
Nobody believed the building would or could fall.

Do you even know the meaning of the word systematically? It means everything as a whole, it means everything from A to Zm there was no one failure point it failed when The FBI didn’t respond to a nine-one-one call, it failed on several other notable occasions that are being brought out by various sources. Training and doctrine failed or was woefully inadequate, or perhaps did not even exist. That is the meaning of systematically, and it might be gibberish to you, or it probably was also gibberish to those people in charge who took absolutely no proactive approach to protecting children in public schools.
Remember this 9/11, might have been averted if somebody would have listened to a loan field agent who had obtained intelligence that foreign Nationals were training to fly heavy Jets. The FBI knew about it and took no action to investigate it. The result - the Twin Towers came down. This is on a much smaller scale but it’s a tragedy none the less. And
I know that. But this isn’t the military even though some of them think it is.
If that is the case, it is flat out wrong, IMO.
Active shooter excercises are part of a national drill. There is testing of the alarms and the response of personnel to the alarm. It does not involve noisemakers. Anyone using noisemakers is doing a drill apart from the national drill or doing the drill wrong. At my location the alarm went off at the wrong time and completely screwed up the drill locally, but the fault has been identified, so in that sense the drill was successful.
The deputies were shouting in unison “Kumbaya, kumbaya, kumbaya” as they were trained to do in such a situation.
A no shoot resolution is the favored path rather than committing gun violence. After all American leftists have no original thought and although the deputies carry guns, they follow the rule of UK constables and never use them.

If you don't have the stones to pack your own heat to protect you and yours then, well....stuff happens.
What about schools.??? Don't let the government take care of your kids...they'll screw it up every time... Better to home school nowadays...
Broward county is the most liberal Dem Stronghold in Florida...................I Thank God I moved...................
