Maybe these kids need to go to camps, away from their neighborhoods, where they can get a fresh start. There should be both discipline and love at the camps, as well as useful work. The younger they can go to such camps the better.

ANY kid- black, white or otherwise-who acts like an un-evolved, feral animal SHOULD be taken out of school. If they are unable to behave like civilized humans they should not be inflicted on society. NO one grabs a well behaved black child and puts him into the penal system-you have to EARN that kind of attention.

I've heard, from neighbors, of kindergarten kids terrorizing classrooms, hitting teachers, at 5 years of age! Most are Hispanic. Very soon the public school system will be dead. The only sensible(because of computers online) and safe education for children will be at home. Then they, and their parents, will be responsible for their participation.

A good idea. They're mostly all gone now, but I can recall a number of conversations with men who were in the CCC program in the 30s, who had positive memories. Not for disciplinary reasons, but it gave them jobs when there were none, reduced the burden on their families, and even those from rural areas considered it a fresh experience outdoors. One of the few things FDR did right, and the reminders benefit us today in parks across the country. Of course today things are different. The unions would go nuts, those could be union jobs after all. And live in tents, don't think that's happening for many. And there are jobs in the hoods, not necessarily legal, but jobs. Of course it was the same then. It would benefit those who participate.
