FL schools usually have one person assigned from Local LE for the school. This individual has his/her car, and I would imagine any weapons stored therein, and carries his/her sidearm.
Well, who know if Broward County allows the carrying of a sidearm.

It’s a complicated system.
Look for the AAA infractions; those get automatic referral to law enforcement.
The rest is a graduated program based on the number of infractions, the value of the theft or the serious level of the fight, etc.
Very little of what this man ( he is an adult...and should be treated as such) did prior to the shooting was illegal. He was a weirdo. But being a weirdo is not against the law.
He did not shot these people because he had a gun.
I’m glad someone sides with the school district’s don’t report and the FBI and local LEOs don’t act policies.
