I would suggest by 2025, that Baltimore will have reached the Detroit stage and the population will start to decrease 5,000 a year over the next decade.

The only safe places are inside the palaces of liberal elites. Everyone else is expendable as tools for their agenda.
The police just need to ‘be given some space’, just as the rioters were.
in a smaller city such as my city, the lines have been drawn but no movement in either direction. A atmosphere of corruption puts honest officers at risk. I overheard a waitress I know tell a customer she was glad her son was resigning. When I privately asked her why she said that, she mentioned the fact “things ain’t right” and I couldn’t argue. The gangs have a good part of this city in control. I can only imagine what Baltimore is like.I was there in the early 70s,visiting my sister in Odenton. It was decent then.
Sounds like another version of black on black crime.
In any other enterprise, the managers and boards of directors that supposedly supervised these criminals would be held accountable, fired for negligence, and possibly made to pay back restitution.

In the 1960s, they peaked out at 940,000. In the past couple of years, they are at 614,000 and likely will dip below the 600,000 by 2022. ‘White Flight’ is going on and there’s virtually no reason to live in the city.
