Well if you want to go conspiratorial with Cruz, I’ll reluctantly bite.
The Bite: After being expelled, he was living an hour north (near Trump) in Lantana and specifically returned to campus to be a monster. During that time period in Lantana-Palm Beach, he could have been groomed by the MK-Ultra squad to kill. The only reason Cruz did not suicide by cop is because his brain-chip dislodged and so he calmed down and left the scene. /Serious sarc.
(I think Cruz’s problem stems from birth and he should not have been adopted by ‘older’ parents. Serious psych & educational interventions should have occurred a least a decade ago. He did not need any grooming by Brennan or others. He was fully a psychotic anti-social nut from the get-go. Cruz probably contributed to his father’s heart attack and his mother’s untimely demise as a result of the stress he caused. )
