Iran Unveils New Homemade Nuclear-Capable Ballistic Missiles Amid Massive War Celebrations

Iran unveiled a series of new homemade nuclear-capable ballistic missiles during military parades held over the weekend, a move that experts view as a bid to bolster the hardline ruling regime as dissidents continue efforts to stir protest.

On the heels of an encounter between an Iranian drone and Israeli forces, Iranian leaders showcased their ballistic missile capabilities, which includes a nuclear-capable medium-range missile that appears to share similarities with North Korean technology, according to experts.

The nuclear-capable missile can strike Israel even when fired from Iranian territory, raising concerns about an impending conflict between Tehran and the Jewish state that could further inflame the region.

Iranian military leaders bragged the ballistic missile "can be launched from mobile platforms or silos in different positions and can escape missile defense shields due to their radar-evading capability," according to reports in Iran's state-controlled media.

The latest technology could further inflame tensions between Israel and Iran, which funds and controls terror organizations operating along Israel's border. Concerns that this nuclear-capable technology could be shared by Iran with its terrorist proxies are fueling longstanding concerns among the Israelis that an attack is imminent.

As Iranian dissidents continue to protest over the country's ailing economy, the ruling regime continues to invest millions of dollars it received as part of the landmark nuclear deal with the United States on its military technology, specifically ballistic missiles, which are subject to a ban under international statutes.

Sorry, but Israel has had nuke capable ICBMs both on land and aboard subs for a long time so, goose/gander, deal with it.

After Libya, every country that can buy or steal their way to having ICBMs and nukes is in a mad rush to get a few that are reliable enough to be a real threat.

Thanks, Hillary, thanks Bill, thanks Warren Christopher. Thank you, too, Dub for taking over and expanding the world opium trade instead of kicking the Norks butts before it was too late (hey, don't mumble that "it was an unknown unknown" crap Dub, everyone knew what the Norks were up to.).

And a special Thank You to Bath House Barry.

Good catch. The only purpose of such a missile is to carry a nuclear warhead. Ones does not top such a missile with HE.

Everything is falling into place. From discoveries of massive amounts of oil and gas under the Golan and off-shore(hook in the jaw) to Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel to Iran’s nuclear ballistic missile capability. I believe that we will soon see the fulfillment of Isiah 17 which will cascade into Ezekiel 38. We are close, brother. Maranatha.

Yeah and let’s pray that they have LOTS of them to deal with the threat and have lots of reloads ready.

It was built with a boomerang software parameter.

They will find out sooner or later.

What is the problem with smacking them close in? Better than not at all, surely.

How would Israeli petroleum resources serve as such a hook? Would those, rather than cities, be the prime target for attack or conquest?

I just don’t see how anyone could like, just, conquer that.

Yes, the gears keep right on turning towards the ultimate fulfillment.

Payment systems, Israel, UN, Jerusalem, Iran, etc.

First, if it’s an IRBM or ICBM with a nuke warhead, you absolutely must intercept it above the atmosphere, preferably hundreds to thousands of miles away from your country’s borders. Also, the Iron Dome type of system is simply not designed to take out the much larger sized missiles that would be launched from Iran. Iron Dome does not pack the weight/payload that would be sure to take out an ICBM, even if it could hit it. Could Iron Dome score hits as a last gasp effort against ICBMs that otherwise would get through? I don’t know but I have never seen reference to that kind of testing for Iron Dome.

Iran claims they have ‘nuclear capable’ ballistic missiles and everybody freaks out believing they have nuclear missiles.

Russia wants the oil and Iran wants to destroy Israel in order for the Mahdi to appear. That is why Iran, Turkey and Russia will attack Israel and they could not conquer Israel without attacking the cities. Your comments are actually non sequiturs.

Iran has a long history of unavailing weapons systems that turn out to be nothing but window dressing.

IMHO Israel’s only defense will be offensive deterrence. Their next dustup with Iran in Syria has to include (a) massive destruction / hundreds of casualties of Iranian troops (b) sinking of Iranian ships off the coast of Iran.

Also a pre-emptory nuclear strike on Iran has to come sooner rather than later. Otherwise Iran launches and Pakistan and Hezbullah join in. Israel wins (India nukes Islamabad) but Israel takes 50-100k civilian casualties.

Russia? Now that’s a very weird and odd quest for a country that’s already got claims on scads of oil through thirteen time zones. The Israeli oil would need to be especially easy to get in order for that to be worth it.

A Russia in Orthodox Christian hands wouldn’t need that. Now perhaps a Russia that fell into Muslim hands would. But what else would Islam be doing in the meantime?

Your remarks about non sequiturs seem to be themselves non sequiturs.

Unless the nuke is set off in the special way required, busting it up would produce a dirty bomb, not a nuclear explosion as intended. Are any ICBMs designed to cope with physical hits prior to arrival at point of detonation?
