I mentioned this earlier today in another thread. There was allegedly an earlier dossier compiled by one of Clinton’s oldest henchmen, Cody Shearer. The lefties have been speculating that it **confirms** Steele’s dossier, assuming based on their rainbow wishes, that it came after Steeles.
But: What if Shearer came up with a dossier first, using his non-spy contacts, and included nonsense that was passed back to Hillary. Suppose Clintons needed to legitimize the info and hired Steele to do a more in-depth dossier. Maybe that’s why there was so much phony nonsense in Steele’s dossier, b/c he didn’t do much more than copy Shearer’s drivel.
Was Shearer’s used to create a second dossier by Steele? Was the second dossier, Steele’s, used to obtain FISA ? We know Shearer approached the FBI with his suspicions that DJT was colluding with Russia. Or someone was. Etc etc.
Why did he approach the FBI? When was his dossier created?
Etc. All speculation, but that’s what is great about FR—connecting the dots!
Maybe he really meant “Clinton-Steele Dossier”, because Clinton hired her henchman Cody Shearer to do the first dossier, which was then passed on to Steele to legitimize the fake information & get FBI / DOJ to take an interest.
They paid attention to Steele — why didn’t they pay attention to Shearer, who traces back to Mena Arkansas with the Clintons?
Shearer approached the FBI. Why didn’t they take an interest in his dossier?
Steele approached the FBI. Why DID they take an interest in his dossier, if it was similar to the first one? (how similar?)

It’s entirely reasonable that FBI officials would have found that interesting — and they did. Director James Comey and number-two Andrew McCabe personally briefed Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the list of Trump foreign policy advisers, including Page, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.”
Trump was being spied on from the beginning. Only it wasn’t the FBI who first latched on to Page, it was Glenn Simpson at Fusion GPS, who then told the Compost and the Clinton people, who then told Comey.
