Don’t know. But he did lie. He could have asked to meet with President Trump to state he did not lie. The National Security Advisor is a top level position. He needs to be completely trustworthy. And exhibit good judgement.

Carter Page is excited about the release of the memo, because he has been trying to get the original FISA application, unsuccessfully. He wants to use it in his court case.
Perhaps, that’s why the FBI does not want the memo released.

The FISA Memo is more than just whether the FISA Court has been subjected to abuses by the FBI, the DOJ, ad the Obama administration. The real question is the legitimacy or illegitimacy of the probe by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. if the Christopher Steele Russian dossier was the basis for the investigation and it was presented as valid intelligence, then the Russian collusion probe is based on a falsehood. I'm guessing that this memo details the "Insurance Policy" discussed between Strzok, Page and "Andy". We never did here whether they did procede with this "insurance policy" or what it entailed.
I'm guessing Nunes discovered what the "insurance policy" was and that it is "in place".
I'm guessing Comey's leak to his buddy to get a SP appointed, knowing dirty Mueller (Uranium One and Comey's BBF) would get the nod and overwhelmingly approved.
I'm guessing Mueller IS THAT INSURANCE POLICY.
