Nancy Pelosi is a noxious (“harmful to living things: toxic”), venomous (“expressing very strong hatred or anger”) harridan (“an angry and unpleasant woman: shrew.”) She is the perfect spokeswoman for the Democrat Party!
If she were a male, I’d refer to her as a noxious, venomous asshole!

Course she did. If she ever smiles and all of the facelifts cut loose, the whole building could blow.
She is trying to keep ker facial skin in place but with all that Botox her skin is sliding around on its own. She can keep her head fixed in one position and her skin goes around and around like in the exorcist.
As I was looking at her I thought it was Hilarious.
