McMaster and Kelly got to where they are by being a part of the deep state. If they don’t want it released it can only be to protect their benefactors.
While it wouldn’t change my desire for a rapid public release, I wonder if perhaps this might open up - from years gone by - criminal convictions for possible legal appeals?
They would like to keep their jobs. Conversely, they would like to not go to jail.

2. Having said that, the slow roll-out of this memo is a great way to see how certain people in Washington react to it. A lot of inside-the-Beltway A-holes have really been showing their true colors in recent days.
I just saw KellyAnne with Hanity. It sure didn’t seem like she had any concerns about the memo not being released.

McMaster was also the guy who fired Ezra Cohen-Watnick, the DIA spook who originally spilled the docs to Nunes.
ECW is the big hero in all this, his online photo is probably not him.
