Saturday morning I wrote Patty Murray, the senior Senator and told her to oppose the “Shumer Shutdown.” I quoted to her what she had said in 2013 of why there should be a clean funding resolution and why the American people deserved to not tie other things to keeping the government open.

I hope she got enough reminders that she called chief clown Chuckie and told him he needed to take the bullet for “team Democrat” and end this mess they started.
