Yes. There are custom-made men’s suits that include kevlar, carbon nanotubes, and/or other bullet-resistant fibers.
Many will reduce the impact/damage caused by common pistol calibers (.45, 9 mm, etc.). In other words, will reduce the body damage inflicted by an aspiring Hinckley.
No idea how effective they’d be against an AR-15 .223 or AR-10 .308 Winchester rifle round.
