Completely unproven that she did anything of the sort.
But the "good" cops are hell bent on protecting the "bad" cops.
So they have to try to do everything in their power to put the blame on the lady who "Startled" the wee timorous copsie.
Never said it was illegal.
Just not what one should do.
That said, she was from a foreign country where maybe the cops are a bit more friendly and not from Somalia.

And because this particular murder by cop was committed in the RAT-run city of Minneassholeless, you are left wondering if there is “intervention” by the “Marxist city fathers” who have an agenda to settle Somali’s there.
I was addressing the WCCO staff who is asserting as fact unsupported conjecture.
This case truly shows how bad it has become in the police culture. This was the best excuse they could come up with AFTER ransacking the poor lady's house trying to find something to hang on her.
It is chilling.
I chose to post from the WCCO site because they did their own story. KSTP was from the AP and I would have had to excerpt.
WCCO is so far in bed with the Dems in Minnesota (The DFL. Democratic Farm Labor Party) that they are known as WDFL.
Minnesota media basically is run by the Dems.
It is always nice to have the full story posted here because the news service sometimes chooses to change the story or just delete it all together.

we don't know where she was shot, from how far, at what angle, etc...
we have not seen video,or read testimony, nor heard from either of the cops...
but yet, we can blame the dead woman....

A few years back, Minneapolis experimented with a lesbian fire chief. She was eventually let go when it was discovered that she was denying promotions to female firefighters that wouldn’t sleep with her.
Turns out, that she was all (fire helmet) hat and no hose.
Who else in this country can legally carry and discharge a firearm and kill another person in the middle of the night in front of a police officer, have forensic testing that matches your firearm to the deceased, then clam up tighter than a bull’s ass in fly time, draw their monthy salary without having to work, and never even be arrested, let alone questioned by the police?
